The Perrenia affiliate program is open to independent licensed clinicians (MD, DO, NP, PA) and clinics, nutritionists, gyms, compounding pharmacies, and aligned platforms who share our care-coordination model. Founding Suppliers earn 30% on the first qualifying order plus 10% lifetime recurring attribution. 30-day cookie window.

Standard Suppliers earn 20% on the first qualifying order plus 5% lifetime recurring attribution. 30-day cookie window.
Standard Clinicians earn a flat $100 per accepted referral, with monthly performance reporting and PMP badge.
Annual care plans start at $2,499 per year and include two functional lab tests with medical review and personalized recommendations, plus up to 12 virtual consultations per year. Monthly and quarterly plans start at $149 per month.
Suppliers. Tier 1 Founding Suppliers earn 30% commission on the first qualifying order plus 10% lifetime recurring attribution. Tier 2 Standard Suppliers earn 20% commission on the first qualifying order plus 5% lifetime recurring attribution. Tier 3 Enterprise Suppliers work on a custom multi-channel contract with volume and exclusivity terms, a co-marketing budget, and quarterly business reviews.
Clinicians. Tier 1 Founding Clinicians earn a flat $150 per accepted referral. Tier 2 Standard Clinicians earn a flat $100 per accepted referral. Tier 3 Enterprise Clinicians work on a custom multi-state coordination contract.
30 days. Any qualifying conversion attributed to your referral link within 30 days of the click is paid to you per the tier terms above. After 30 days, the click expires and a new click is required for the conversion to be attributed to you.
Every partner referral link is stamped with utm_source=perrenia, utm_medium=referral, utm_campaign=partner-program, plus your unique partner ID. We persist a first-party perrenia_cohort cookie on the visitor's browser, attribute the click via a /aff-click beacon (navigator.sendBeacon), and reconcile downstream conversions in the partner portal. You will see click, conversion, and commission numbers in your portal dashboard.
For visitors who arrive without a partner cookie or UTM stamp, our router falls back to an organic-YYYY-MM-DD cohort so analytics remain accurate without attribution errors.
Payout timing, payment methods, and the minimum payout threshold are configured per partner during onboarding and shown in your partner portal dashboard. They vary by tier (Supplier vs. Clinician) and by the agreement you sign with us.
